Grammy and four-time Emmy Award nominee Sharon Farber is a celebrated film, TV and concert music composer. She is a Berklee College of Music graduate with dual majors in Film Scoring and Concert Composition and has worked with networks like NBC, CBS, Showtime, Lifetime and the WB. Her music has been released commercially and performed live in concerts. Her recent acclaimed film score, “Brainwashed: Sex-Camera-Power” premiered at Sundance and Berlin, and her project “Jacob the Baker” has been released theatrically with a soundtrack. Sharon’s other credits include the Visionary Award in Music by the Women’s International Film & Television Showcase, the Telly Award, the Society of Composers and Lyricists Award for “Outstanding Work in the Art of Film Music” and the ASCAP Composer Choice Award nomination. Her concert music has been performed by the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Juilliard School of Music, National Children Chorus, Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles and the Orange County Women’s Chorale.
