Roxanne Pompa has been the Vice-President of International Formats for Paramount Global Content Distribution since 2006, where she markets and produces formats of CBS, Showtime, etc., in Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, and Latin America. Her notable works include well-known series and game shows like Ray Donovan, The Good Wife, Wheel of Fortune, and others.

She started her career at KTLA Channel 5, touching base with comedy and game and reality shows. She worked at Tri-Star Television and Sony International Television before joining CBSParamount.

An LA native and second-generation Mexican American, Pompa was recognized as one of 2022's Powerful and Influential Latinos in Entertainment by The Imagen Foundation and is a member of The Television Academy of Arts and Sciences and West Coast Co-Chair of Paramount’s SOMOS committee. Currently, she attends global content festivals annually and enjoys music, expressed through attending Coachella Music and Arts Festivals.
