Patrick McArthur grew up in an artistic family in Los Angeles, where he developed a passion for jazz music and piano. During high school, he performed his original songs at jazz clubs and won an LA Music Center Spotlight Award. He went on to study film scoring at Berklee College of Music, where he graduated with honors. Between semesters, he performed in a theme park show called "Tropical Heat, Island Beat." Patrick then worked at Elias Arts as a dub engineer and composer, and later joined the MassiveMusic L.A. team as a staff composer. He has composed and produced music for brands such as Honda, Toyota, Proctor & Gamble, Kia, Taco Bell, and BMW. He has also worked on music for films, TV, documentaries, and trailers, and in 2018, he received the "Rising Star" award from Shots. He now runs his own creative shop in Culver City, CA.
