Leah Saint Marie is an investigative journalist-turned-filmmaker. She helped exonerate a man wrongfully imprisoned for 25 years while working for the Innocence Institute. Her award-winning documentary, Price of Honor, led to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Yaser Said's arrest in 2021. Her script, Spoonful of Sugar, premiered at Fantastic Fest 2022 and was sold to Shudder. Her short film, Good Girl, won the Paris International Film Festival. She spent two years as a field producer for Brave New Films, traveling the US on a Ford grant to interview youth activists. Her poetry book, The Eaten, will be published in 2023 by April Gloaming Publishing. She produces the podcasts Before the Fade and Pitch! and is set to direct her next feature film, Teatro dell'Amore, in Italy in 2024. She currently lives and writes in Los Angeles, CA, with her cat, Edith Piaf.
