Evan is a first generation, LGBTQ+ Iranian American writer, producer, and director. He founded House of M Productions and co-founded the WGA's Middle Eastern Diversity Committee. Evan grew up between his mother's American heritage and father's Persian culture, influencing his diverse interests. His writing career began with four consecutive Black List honors, including studio features such as ULTRA for Will and Jaden Smith at Sony. He also produces television series like ORIGINS: THE JOURNEY OF HUMANKIND for Disney+ and HIGH SCIENCE for HBOmax // Discovery+. Evan is adapting THE CUPID INDEX into a feature film, which he will direct, and wrote the inclusive reboot of AMERICAN PIE for Universal and Netflix.
