Erica Rose is a Brooklyn-based writer and director focused on queer and female-driven stories. Her work has screened at numerous international festivals, including Tribeca Film Festival, New York Film Festival, and Outfest Los Angeles LGBTQ Film Festival. Her short film GIRL TALK premiered online with No Budge and has over 36 million views.

She has also directed national commercials, music videos, and branded documentaries for various brands, including a recent project featuring Lea DeLaria that has garnered over 1 billion impressions. Erica is currently in development on an expansion of The Lesbian Bar Project and has completed a new narrative short film, CHOICES, starring Alysia Reiner and Jess Jacobs, set to premiere in 2022.
