Elizabeth Mantia is a filmmaker, storyteller, wellness coach, massage therapist and mother based in Marin County, California. She has worked with companies such as Pixar, Interscope and Warner Brothers in editorial, directing and producing roles, and with bands such as Praxis, Primus, Brain, Korn & Stone Temple Pilots on performance, behind the scenes and content projection. In 2022, she directed a music video for Allen Ling "A Name in Your Book" which is currently winning awards at festivals around the globe.

Elizabeth has a BA in film from UCSC and in 2013, took a sabbatical to overcome health challenges and dedicated her life to empowering others. She completed hundreds of hours of study at McKinnon School of Bodywork, SF School of Massage and Harbin School of Healing Arts, and is certified in the Aromatouch Technique. Her private practices Radiant Health and Wellness Coach and Flow In Massage offer remote and in-person sessions, products and education at the marriage of science, technology and nature. Elizabeth helps clients look and feel vibrant longer, decrease stress and inflammation, and achieve a more balanced and joyful life.
