Anna Shvets, based in Toulouse, France, is an award-winning composer and pianist. She earned a Master's degree in music composition with distinction and creates music ranging from post-tonal romantic to dramatic avant-garde. Her compositions and performances capture the emotion of her music, creating poignant, cinematic, and deeply touching masterpieces. Anna has participated in festivals in France, Italy, Poland, and Ukraine as a composer, pianist, and organist. In 2020, she released her album of piano compositions, “Colours”, inspired by contemporary Italian painters. With her PhD in musicology, Anna is pushing the boundaries of music art expression in the information society. In 2023, she proposed a new genre in music XR, implemented in the VR project “Omega”, which won the VRJAM award and was showcased in Boston, London, and Rochefort.
